PRODUCTS

Systems built from
recurring problems.

Elevana products extend visibility, intelligence and controlled execution around the same commercial doctrine. They do not replace diagnosis, and an experimental product is never presented as a mature operating system.

MATURITY

Not everything here is ready to sell.

An experiment described as a finished system costs someone money. So each product carries the stage it is actually at. Where something is still being built, or still research, the card says so.

ACTIVE

Elevana Guard

Continuous control over the parts of the business that move revenue.

  • Maps revenue influence across people, processes, systems and data
  • Defines expected Normal before anything is called a deviation
  • Acts within explicit authority and escalates what needs a person
  • Verifies restoration by evidence, not by a task being closed

IN DEVELOPMENT

Data Marketplace

A planned intelligence layer for verified Tanzanian and East African data.

  • Intended: verified Tanzanian and East African datasets in one place
  • Intended: provenance and methodology published beside every dataset
  • Intended: coverage and currency stated before anyone pays
  • Today: no dataset, price or coverage claim is available

R&D

Elevana Twin

Research into simulation, so assumptions can be tested before resources are committed.

  • Exploring: simulating an intervention before resources are committed
  • Exploring: testing an assumption against a modelled outcome
  • Exploring: where simulation is reliable enough to inform a decision
  • Today: not a client capability, and may never become one
HOW IT FITS TOGETHER

The unit finds it. The products hold it.

Three departments investigate one question and return one position. Where continued control is justified, a product keeps the corrected system inside its range. Neither half works alone.

Nothing is re-argued from memory

Every finding, decision and measurement stays attached to the engagement that produced it, so the next stage starts from evidence rather than recollection.

Three departments, one position

Brand & Market Strategy, Development and Security investigate the same business question and resolve their disagreement internally. Leadership receives one defensible position, not three competing recommendations.

Closed only on evidence

A correction is complete when evidence shows the expected state was restored. Not when the work shipped.

Nothing acts beyond its authority

A product corrects only what it was approved to correct. Anything outside that is escalated to a named person rather than decided quietly.

The products came out of the work

Each one came from a condition that kept reappearing across interventions, not from a roadmap written in advance.

  • Guard: corrections that slipped back
  • Data Marketplace: data with no source
  • Twin: changes no one could test
  • None of them replaces diagnosis
guard · 4 protected paths
  • ● 1 material exception open
  • ↳ delivery-handoff → owner assigned
  • ↳ payment-capture → inside range
  • ↳ enquiry-response → inside range
  • ↳ quote-to-accepted → inside range

Restoration verified before anything is closed.

Why is delivery handoff outside its range?

Elevana Guard
Reading the engagement record

Its owner changed and the step was never reassigned. Guard raised it the same day. It now sits with the operations lead, and closes when handoff returns to range.

Find the constraint before you fund the fix

A Revenue Leak Report starts from what can be observed from outside the business, states plainly what public evidence cannot prove, and names the internal inputs required to quantify the rest.
